Quantum, Cosmic or Universal laws and principles are the structure and operating system of quantum particles. These are neutral statements explaining how to give and receive ONLY compassion. The following laws are the ones I am aware of.
The "quantum field" is the delocalized energy field that fills all of space. Compassionate human consciousness, fifth dimensional frequencies and beyond are in a continuously moving quantum soup that creates, gives and receives only compassionate thought and intent. Dimension's 1,2,3,4 are slow moving, low vibrating quantum particles that are quarantined because their consciousness is toxic. Dimensions 1-4 have width, depth, height, space, time carrying low percentages of light or levels of compassion or unconditional love.
