Jacob and his mum, Donna Whelan, live in Ireland. Donna started posting videos of Jacob two years ago because she thought they were funny and hoped that at least a few other people would think the same and would enjoy them. Now with more than 4 million followers, that initial thought has turned out to be a bit of an underestimate and Donna looks after their social media channels and the many other requests they get, most of which are politely refused. When he's not at school, playing or making videos, Jacob is the Official Toy Tester at a well known supermarket.
