The guide to Bhutan is an improvement on previous editions. The layout is better and the inclusion of the odd guest local writer gives it a more authentic Bhutanese feel. I had more of a sense that the author had actually been to all of the places he writes about. Previous editions were well researched but didn't always have a personal voice.
