About the Author

Michael Shindler is a writer living in Washington, D.C and a Contributing Editor at The Vital Center. His work-which includes essays, poetry, short stories, autobiography, and criticism-has been published in outlets including Church Life, HillRag, University Bookman, Washington Examiner, Mere Orthodoxy, American Spectator, Providence, Apocalypse Confidential, and The North American Anglican. Since 2019, he has also been a regulator translator of German and Italian prewar poetry, particularly that of Gabriele D'Annunzio.
