This is a full-color Cooking with Me cookbook. The cookbook is dedicated to my children and their families and friends who love my food and have spent time with me in my kitchen or in their kitchens. The cookbook started with my desire to leave it as a keepsake for generations to come. It is also a personal tribute to two USAF generals and long-time friends. With this cookbook, I hope my family and friends will not "miss" me so much when I am not available! Enjoy "Cooking with Me"!
Dr. Phuong Le Callaway is a Certified Aromatherapist and was the Assistant to the Associate Managing Director for Training Center at the National Transportation Safety Board. Prior to her last position, she served as Senior Administrative Officer for the National Transportation Safety Board's Office of Aviation, Resource Management Officer and Chief of Administrative Staff for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Dairy Programs of Agricultural Marketing Service, Budget Analyst and Personnel Management Specialist for the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. Dr. Callaway is a Vietnamese American and earned her doctoral degree in Human Resource Management. She loves to cook and entertain her family and friends.
