Critic Reviews

  • It is the only system I know where you can actually compare how foods stack up against each other nutritionally while at the same time losing weight and eating better. Nutripoints is unique in that it can work well with almost any other diet program while also being able to stand alone as a complete nutritional dietary approach. Using Nutripoints as my guide, I safely and effectively shed 80 pounds, while maintaining optimal nutrition.
  • The Nutripoints Program seems to be exactly what I need to have a healthy lifestyle. I hate the thought of counting calories, mainly because I never felt I was getting the proper combinations of foods. Nutripoints makes counting so easy, maybe some day products will be labeled with Nutripoints!
  • This book grades all food by how nutritious they are based on all factors. I was very surprised at what I learned, i.e., like the cantalope is the best all around nutritious fruit, far above the blueberry, which I thought was pretty high. Blueberry is still good but every food is graded with a point system and you need to eat at least 200 points of nutritious food a day so if you eat a Kale Salad, some cantalope and a few other high quality foods, you at least satisfy your nutritional needs. If you want a piece of pie or a candy bar, they are just negative points you need to then make up in nutritious foods. There is a place mat with all the food groups that is especially helpful.
  • An excellent book. Sets out a simple and positive approach to healthy eating habits. Easy read but makes a great deal of sense. Very balanced approach to eating. Gives you a handle on the values of foods overall. Takes the hard work out of determining whether or not you are eating in a healthy way. Easy to be fooled with the enormous amount of information we have on foods. This sets out a method of determining how nutritious a days eating can be using a simple number system.
