About the Author

Mr Jemal Abafita is an academic staff at department of economics, Jimma University(JU). He got BSc in statistics & MSc in economics from Addis Ababa University. He has been working in various government offices before joining JU. Currently, he is managing a long term collaborative research programme between JU and six Flemish Universities.
