What an excellent book/s.. I love that it covers all bases and makes the diet doable with different options for the die-hard purist to the self indulgent fruit & veg cravers. It's also reassuring that it's researched & written by a medical doctor - not just re-written from others work. I am never hungry!! & I can break it if I need to for a meal with friends & jump straight back in with little angst. Great stuff Paul Saladino!! & thankyoiu.
