After graduating from Dartmouth College, he received his MD degree from the University of Rochester, followed by a residency at the Washington National Eye Center in DC. He practiced ophthalmic surgery in Concord, New Hampshire for 35 years.Now retired, Dr. Wasserman divides his time between Kennebunkport, Maine and Coronado, California, where he lives with his wife, Jenny, and his dog, Ripley. He has three adult children and one grandchild, who live in New Hampshire, Texas, and Brooklyn, New York.
