She is the author of Liberation in Higher Education: A White Researcher's Journey Through the Shadows and the coauthor of Borders, Bras, and Battles: A Practical Guide to Mentor Undergraduate Women to Achieve Career Success, which earned an honorable mention for the 2016 Society of Professors of Education Outstanding Book Award.
